Your annual service includes 5 complimentary scans of regular mail (non-government correspondence such as vendor mail, bank statements, and advertisements). Additional regular mail scans are $25 each.

Government and legal documents are always unlimited and forwarded free of charge. The 5-scan allowance applies only to regular (non-government) mail.

We filter junk mail and solicitations. You only receive documents that actually matter to your business.

Package handling

We are a registered agent service, not a package receiving or warehouse service.

  • Packages arriving at our registered agent address will be refused upon delivery or returned to sender when possible.
  • If we must accept a package, you will be notified immediately.
  • We are not acting as a bailee or warehouse and owe no duty of care in holding or shipping packages.
  • If you want a package forwarded, you are responsible for all shipping costs and insurance.
  • We will only hold packages for 14 days from receipt before proper disposal.
